Call for Oranga Tamariki to take foster parenting seriously

A man who has fostered 200 children says the Ministry for Vulnerable Children's call for a thousand new foster parents needs to be backed up with increased financial assistance for those who take the children. Henare O'Keefe says relying on volunteers is not good enough.
