Parata receives report on use of Miramar school "scream room"

The Minister of Education Hekia Parata has received a report from officials into a Wellington primary school's use of a small dark "seclusion" room to discipline children. Dane Dougan, the head of Autism New Zealand wants an independent inquiry into how widespread this practice is.
