Police in Cairns say it may be several more days before DNA results can confirm that a body found brutally stabbed, dismembered and dumped in a chilly bin is that of Napier man Campbell Paterson. Mr Paterson disappered in far north Queensland more than a week ago, and police believe he is the deceased man.
