OneNZ investigating after widespread outage in Southland

The mobile network One NZ is investigating whether it needs another cable supplying the lower South Island after rodents and a contractor brought down thousands of people's internet and phone services yesterday. Charlotte speaks to Joe Goddard from One NZ.
