More than 10-thousand health workers are working to rule for two weeks from today, meaning they won't do any overtime and will take all scheduled breaks.
The workers include anaesthetic technicians, oral health therapists and alcohol and drug clinicians.
A 24-hour strike is also planned for next Monday.
