Unanswered questions remaing over the shooting of Kaoss Price by police as the whanau grieve his loss.
22-year-old Kaoss Price was shot on Saturday night after he rammed a police car on State Highway 3 between New Plymouth and Waitara.
Police have been tight-lipped about whether Kaoss Price was armed.
Māni Dunlop spoke to criminal justice advocate, Emilie Rakete who said Police had been able to get away with the way they behave against Māori.
