Police have offered anti-mandate protestors free parking in an effort to clear the blocked streets around Parliament.
The occupation is in its 7th day, with more than 3000 demonstrators turning out at the weekend despite the capital's wild weather.
The group has moved beyond Parliament's grounds, with protestors setting up camp throughout the central city.
They've now been offered the ground floor of the Sky Stadium to park their cars, trucks and campervans in an attempt to open the city back up.
