Covid-19: Vaccine hesitant teachers testing principals

There are fears several thousand teachers are resisting the push for them to get vaccinated before November the 15th.

At the same time, many schools are struggling to figure out which exemption certificates are authentic.

The College of GPs is working with health officials to clarify and close a loophole in the rules which allows for a wide range of exemptions.

As the president of the New Zealand Principals' Federation, Perry Rush has a bird's eye view of both situations -- not to mention an eye on the clock as that mid-November deadline looms.
