Having those difficult vaccination conversations

The vaccine rollout is bumping up against those who might be hesitant or so-called anti-vaxxers.

So how can we tackle those difficult conversations with whanau and friends who're reluctant to get the vaccine?

With the government pushing for high vaccination rates as a ticket to more freedoms and a transition away from lockdowns - the voices of those who don't want the vaccine are becoming louder.

Jess Berentson Shaw from The Workshop, a research centre that develops ways to talk about complicated issues, including Covid-19 vaccinations, gave Māni Dunlop some tips on how to have those conversations.
