Concern in Waikato after 3 new Covid-19 cases

Anxiety has spread through a rural Waikato community on the Hauraki plains, after three people tested postive for Covid-19 last night.

The three are household members of a remand prisoner at Mt Eden Prison, who tested positive at the weekend.

Two of the positive cases are pupils at Mangatangi School. and a testing station has been set up at the nearby Wharekawa Marae – where RNZ's Waikato reporter, Andrew McRae spoke to Mani Dunlop from.
