A record amount will be invested in Transport Projects over the next three years through Waka Kotahi's National Land Transport Programme. The total $24.3 billion is a 44 percent increase on the funding available during the 2018-2021 period. RNZ transport reporter Emma Hatton took Māni Dunlop through the announcement.
