Some public loos still don't have soap or sanitiser

Apparently it was too much to expect a pandemic to make public toilets a whole lot more hygienic for their users. New research from Otago University's public health department found 15 percent of public toilets still don't have soap and some don't even have water. Māni Dunlop speaks to professor Nick Wilson about the findings.
