Samoa's Supreme Court rules swearing-in ceremony illegal

Samoa's Supreme Court has ruled that a swearing-in ceremony held by the country's FAST party last month was illegal.

The FAST party, which won the controversial election back in April, held the ceremony after they were blocked from entering Parliament by the caretaker and long-standing Prime Minister.
