Business owners sick of disruptions caused by the city rail project in Auckland have taken their frustrations to the Auckland Council this morning. The $4.4 billion project is now in its 5th year of construction to deliver two underground tunnels and stations. Businesses have put in multiple requests for financial help which they say went unanswered - and have put forward a proposal for compensation. RNZ's Auckland reporter Katie Todd speaks to Perlina Lau.
