Shots fired in Palmerston North, schools in lockdown

Some Palmerston North schools are in lockdown, after reports of possible gunshots shortly before 11 o'clock. Police say they are responding to reports of possible gunshots incident on Milson Line in Palmerston North just over an hour ago. They say the Armed Offenders Squad has been called, and they are making inquiries. However there don't appear to be any injuries. RNZ reporter Katie Doyle speaks to Max Towle.
