Multiple fatalities after a serious crash out of Ashburton

Four people have died, three at the scene, and one in hospital following a crash in Ashburton this morning. Emergency services were called to the crash, near the Ashburton River flood zone, at 09:30 this morning. RNZ reporter Eleisha Foon is outside the Ashburton police station and speaks to Max Towle.
