Wellington City Councillors revolt against mayor's changes

Wellington City Councillors are pushing back against a series of last-minute proposals their mayor sent to them in the early hours of this morning. The council is meeting today to vote on adopting the city's plan for the next ten years. RNZ's senior reporter Ruth Hill is at the meeting and speaks to Max Towle.
