NZ's cricketers have made the call to exit the IPL

New Zealand's cricketers have made the call to exit the IPL en masse after the tournament was suspended indefinitely overnight. Several positive Covid-19 cases across franchises over the last couple of days have left the players anxious to depart India. The tricky process of organising flights to New Zealand and - for some Black Caps Test players - to England, has begun. New Zealand Cricket Players Association chief executive Heath Mills told Emma Hatton none of the Kiwi players, coaches and umpires in India have contracted the virus but were apprehensive nonetheless.
