Autistic pupils are regularly excluded due to behaviour

Autism New Zealand says it regularly receives requests for help from parents of children excluded from schools because of their behaviour. A 13-year-old autistic boy, who was suspended after being involved in a fight, has been excluded from an Auckland school, despite appealing for help from the Children's Commissioner. Meriana Johnsen spoke to RNZ's Auckland reporter, Amy Williams.
