Māori firms lead the way with higher innovation rates

Māori firms are leading the way with higher rates of innovation among big businesses. That's a finding from the Productivity Commission report.. you've been hearing about throughout the programme. It says our biggest businesses are trailing similar economies overseas in terms of productivity - and the Commission wants them to be more innovative, and to spend more money on research - something Māori firms are good at. Federation of Māori Authorities chair Traci Houpapa joins Meriana Johnsen to dicuss this further.
