NZ's climate changing causing emissions highest in 15 years

An inventory of New Zealand's greenhouse gases shows gross emissions are the highest in 15 years. Both net and gross emission went up 2 percent in 2019, taking the country further away from its carbon neutral goals. Agriculture was the biggest contributor to gross emissions, followed closely by the energy sector. The Climate Change Minister James Shaw told Joe Porter that's why the government announced a ban on coal boilers last week.
