A new workforce survey shows a major lack of diversity among General Practitioners. Among other issues are a large gender pay gap, high rates of burnout, and many family doctors nearing retirement. Max Towle speaks to the president of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners Dr Samantha Murton.
