Police Commissioner downplays concerns officers refusing high-risk jobs

The Police Commissioner is downplaying concerns officers are refusing high-risk callouts, for fear of being attacked or shot on the job. The police union is asking whether it is appropriate to have lone officers on callouts, given the dangers. RNZ's police reporter Ben Strang broke the story and speaks to Max Towle with the latest.
