Speculation is rife around who might buy Westpac's New Zealand banking operations. Yesterday Westpac told the stock exchange it was looking at the future of its New Zealand business, including a possible sale. Banking expert professor Claire Matthews tells Emma Hatton that finding a buyer could be tough and she doesn't see any appetite for banks that are already in New Zealand to expand.
