Major changes coming to Health system - Minister Little

The health system is struggling, there is institutional racism - and people are missing out on key services simply because of who they are or where they live. That isn't new, of course, but today the Health Minister Andrew Little acknowledged as much and promised a major restructure of the sector - particularly for minority communities. Firmer plans will come next month, which Andrew Little told Max Towle would deliver transformational change.
