A New Zealander who went through managed isolation two months ago, but is yet to pay the $3,100 fee, feels like he slipped through the cracks.
MIQ figures show more than a third of people who have stayed at quarantine hotels have paid the fee - that means there's about $20-million the government is yet to collect - with $3.2-million overdue.

Since airing this interview, Managed Isolation and Quarantine has got in touch to say Sebastian Clarke was invoiced by MIQ on 4 February for his stay in managed isolation, with the invoice sent to the email address he provided.
