Infrastructure NZ worries RMA changes could complicate matter

Infrastructure New Zealand is concerned the Resource Management Act reforms planned by the Government could complicate the planning process for some projects.

Yesterday the Environment Minister, David Parker, outlined plans to replace the RMA with three new laws, covering land use and environmental regulation; strategic development planning; and climate-change adaptation.

The policy director of Infrastructure New Zealand, Hamish Glenn, spoke to Emma Hatton.
