The Salvation Army expects the housing crisis to worsen in the next year.
The social welfare charity has written a post-election briefing to the Housing Minister Megan Woods, citing low interest rates, population growth, a stalled private rental market and not enough new houses as drivers of the crisis.
It wants the Government to do more to address the issue.
