An investigation by the Federation of Islamic Associations suggests the country's security agencies downplayed the threat of a possible terror attack in New Zealand and misinformed the country.

The muslim group has this morning publicly released the submission it made to the Royal Commission investigating the mosque terror attacks.
The chairperson of the Federation's submission is Abdur Razzaq.
