The news outlet Stuff has received a mixed response since making a public apology for its racist reporting of Māori issues over the past 160 years.

Some are calling it a watershed moment, and others are skeptical it will mean real change to the way it represents Māori in the news.
The director of Māori advancement at AUT, associate professor Ella Henry, spoke to Te Aniwa Hurihanganui.
