WHO issues new advice on daily exercise
The World Health Organisation has updated its decade-old advice on how much exercise we need to do to stay healthy. The WHO says adults should break a moderate sweat for 150 to 300 minutes a week, or 21 to 42 minutes a day. It also now suggests all people limit the amount of time they spend seated.
