Dotcom extradition battle set to continue after Court ruling

The long-running legal battle to extradite Kim Dotcom is set to continue, with today's Supreme Court ruling leaving the matter unresolved.

The court has found Mr Dotcom and his three associates are not eligible for extradition on the charge of conspiracy to commit money laundering, though they are on another 12 charges.

The ruling is subject to a judicial review.

RNZ's court reporter, Jonathan Mitchell, was at the Supreme Court in Wellington for the decision and spoke to Māni Dunlop.
