People in the Hawke's Bay towns of Te Awanga and Haumoana have been dealing with taps that dispense brown and smelly water for years. And they say the problem is getting worse.
A Te Awanga resident, Tim Durrant, told RNZ's Catherine Hutton that people in the area have to install water filters and buy bottled water.
