At least 15 people - including high school students - have been injured in a crash involving a school bus near the intersection of two state highways in Northland.

The crash, close to the intersection of the State Highway 12 Dargaville turnoff, happened about twenty-past-8 this morning.
RNZ's reporter, Chen Liu, spoke to Te Aniwa Hurihanganui from the scene of the crash.
