Two men remain on the run after shooting at a female police officer in Northland yesterday morning, leaving her shaken but uninjured.
The officer was driving along State Highway 11, near the Puketona Junction, when she was stopped by a car in front of her at about 4.15am.
Police are investigating whether other crimes that took place that night might be connected.
