Discussions continue between Labour and the Greens

From Midday Report, 12:16 pm on 27 October 2020

Labour and the Greens are meeting again /will meet again this afternoon to hash out whether they will have a formal arrangement when the new Government is formed, and what it would look like.

Having won an election night majority, Labour doesn't need the Greens to form a government.

But Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and the Green Party co-leaders Marama Davidson and James Shaw, have been discussing areas they could co-operate on.
