Court hears of a million-dollar drug deal that fell through

A jury has heard that one of the men involved in the Comancheros trial was just metres away from finalising a million dollar drug deal before it fell through for unknown reasons.

Comanchero Motorcycle Club president Pasilika Naufahu and a number of his associates and alleged associates have pleaded not guilty to drugs and money laundering charges.

It's the second day in the trial of Pasilika Naufahu, Connor Clausen, and three others in the High Court at Auckland.

The Crown opened its case against gang leader Naufahu on drug and money laundering charges yesterday.
