Calls to raise minimum age of criminal responsibility to 14

From Midday Report, 12:43 pm on 24 August 2020

A report released today has found long-standing deficiencies in the way New Zealand responds to children who offend - particularly among those aged between 10 and 13.

The Children's Commissioner, Andrew Becroft, spoke to Māni Dunlop.
