The first person to escape managed isolation has been sentenced in the Dunedin District Court this morning.
Suzanne Derrett appeared on one charge of failing to comply with an order under the Covid-19 Public Health Response Act, after fleeing from the Pullman Hotel in Auckland on July the 4th – seven days before her required isolation period ended.
