The Deputy Speaker of the House, Anne Tolley, says there's no timeframe for the implementation of a Code of Conduct for Parliament.
That's despite recent scandals involving inappropriate behaviour by MPs making headlines over the past few weeks.
Anne Tolley chaired the group which has designed a Code of Conduct, following a review into Parliament as a workplace.
She told Māni Dunlop that the Speaker now has that Code, but the consequences of breaking the rules are yet to be nutted out
