Half of Māori workforce face economic impacts from Covid-19

A new employment report reveals that around half of the Māori workforce are in industries threatened by COVID-19.

Produced by the economists BERL and the Ngāi Tahu initiative Tokona Te Raki: Māori Futures Collective, the report highlights the need to diversify training for Maori in sectors that offer higher incomes and more security.
