The Epidemic Response Committee is summonsing the Solicitor-General, the Director-General of Health and the Police Commissioner for all legal advice.

The Committee's chair, Simon Bridges, says he's been asking for the advice for five weeks and it's inexplicable it hasn't been made public.

RNZ's political reporter, Yvette McCullough, speaks to Māni Dunlop.
