National's finance spokesperson Paul Goldsmith says 400,000 small businesses have suffered from being forced to stop operating for nearly five weeks, and aren't getting enough support.

Mr Goldsmith says businesses need a cash injection, with cashflow the biggest hurdle for the sector.
