Relief for small businesses not enough

New measures announced by the Government to provide relief for small and medium sized businesses have been described as deeply disappointing by the sector. The announcement includes three billion dollars worth of tax breaks to help businesses ride out the worst of the crisis. Businesses forcasting losses will be able to claim cash payments against tax previously paid on profits. The chief executive of the not-for-profit advocacy group Small Business Voice, Max Whitehead, speaks to Mani Dunlop.
