From Midday Report, 12:47 pm on 14 April 2020

The Returned Services Association has announced its new plans for ANZAC Day, asking people to tune in and stand in front of their houses at dawn.

All services were cancelled out of concern for the wellbeing of ageing veterans amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

The service on the 25th of April, called Stand at Dawn, will be broadcast from 6am on RNZ National.
