The police say the family of a six-year-old girl are devastated after seeing her killed in a quad bike crash near Masterton yesterday. The SPCA's national headquarters is distancing itself from comments made by the boss of its Auckland branch, in which he linked ethnicity with the high number of dog attacks in south Auckland.
