Matinee Idle presenters Phil O'Brien and Simon Morris are let loose in the studio for another entertaining summer season! Who cares about the weather?
With these two on the radio, it could be raining cats, dogs, puppies, or any type of assorted wildlife and it just wouldn’t matter. Yippee!

Whatever happens once the studio light goes on each afternoon, Phil and Simon guarantee to have you laughing out loud, telling Nana to close her ears, or running for the hills – depending on your own attitude and sense of humour.
Producer Kelle Howson will be on hand to answer texts and emails, update the Facebook page and bravely attempt to keep things in a seemly type of chaotic order.
Warning – Matinee Idle is not for the squeamish, puppy lovers, music snobs, or those of a delicate disposition. But whether you’re at home, at the bach, or stuck in a queue of holiday traffic, Matinee Idle is the essential summer tonic.
