DELIVERYWOMAN by Author Eva Wyles Photo: supplied
London based New Zealand author Eva Wyles is a fresh voice in short fiction, writing stories that sit right at the edge of the familiar. Her first book, DeliveryWoman, moves through city flats, workplaces, and private inner lives, capturing moments of isolation, longing, and unexpected intimacy. There’s a quiet unease to these stories, where the ordinary slips into something slightly off-kilter.
Released this year by London publisher- Influx Press, the book brings Eva back to Aotearoa for a short run of events around the country. She joins Maggie Tweedie and Mark Williams to talk about the art of crafting a short story.
