Friend of the show, french trained Patisserie chef and author of 'Patisserie Made Simple', Maxine Schekter has been teaching people how to make delicious sweet treats at her Sugar Flour Pastry School in Wellington, she joins the show to speak about the humble custard square or vanilla slice that has been a bakery staple across the country for quite some time.

2:05 Olivia Selemaia on Weightlifting

Olivia Selemaia took out silver at the junior world champs in Peru recently and finished 8th at the World Championships for Weightlifting in Norway - the best result by a New Zealand female at a World championships. Now she's training for The Commonwealth Games in Glasgow this July and joins Maggie Tweedie & Mark Williams in the studio to reflect on her sporting success.
