The Maternal Birth Injury and Other Matters Bill has passed its third reading in Parliament today. From October 1, 2022 ACC will cover birthing parents who are injured during childbirth. Dr Melissa Davidson, a physiotherapist specialising in pelvic health speaks to Karyn.
